Lately i’ve been looking at houses to buy, always knew that Real Estate agents were difficult to deal with in the rental market but i didn’t expect the same in the buying market. The great lack of an ability to return any emails or inquiries from sites such as realestate.com.au or domain.com.au astounds me.
If you refuse to return any emails why the fuck do you have the little “Email this Agent now” icon next to the properties your advertising on your website.
To name and shame the 2 worst offenders of the lack of returning an email or phone call
Century 21 – been waiting on a few properties since last thursday. Although funnily enough they have since added me to their email (spam) marketing campaign sending me approximately 4 – 5 emails everyday to notify me of every new property they have for sale, yet are not interested in organising an inspection.
Bill Shepherd - No one answers their phones or responds to emails since last friday.
If your trying to sell a property through either of these real estate agents you might want to think again, as they clearly are not interested in selling your property (well selling it to me anyway).

I had 4 separate appointments cancelled in 24hrs by these guys…
2 different agents! The first one was cancelled 20mins before we were meant to have the meeting. The second one was canned by a left voice message on Mitchell’s phone. I was ropable!!! So I can vouch for the shithouse (excuse the pun) real estate agents! These guys are the only ones that I’ve had any problem with so far! SO FAR I say!! Good luck with your house hunting!
