Running a successful business for over 28 years meant navigating highs as well as lows such as the 1989 recession and the Global Financial Crisis in 2008.

Setting up his company under management and as a turnkey operation allowed Steven to diversify his interests at an early age. At 21 he bought his first property and went on to invest in 18 other properties. He also invented several products that sold in stores around Australia.

Steven’s passion for small business and desire to help others steered him towards business coaching. He has dealt with thousands of businesses, from sole operators to large corporate organisations, and everything in between. Years of study and analysis of a myriad of activities within companies that have requested his services have given him an uncanny ability to see why things may not be running optimally within their businesses.
